• Company presentations will be delivered by distinguished speakers, authorized in the field of the topic being discussed, with the organizers’ approval (topic and speaker)
• Booth placement will be determined based on the order of the companies’ contributions
• Booth placement for sponsors within the same category will be based on the date the contribution was transferred to the organizer
• The scheduling of presentation slots within the program will follow the order of the companies’ contributions
• The appearance of the logo on conference materials will also follow the order of the companies’ contributions

• To confirm participation in the event, partners must sign the contract with the organizer by August 26, 2026, and transfer the amount corresponding to the contracted benefits package by September 1, 2026.
  Failure to comply with these conditions will result in the organizer being unable to grant the requested benefits to the partner.
